It depends on how the Agent Ops were obtained:
Agent Ops included with your subscription do not roll over and reset when your subscription renews.
Agent Ops purchased separately (a la carte) do not expire and remain available until they are used.
This means:
Your subscription Agent Ops are intended for regular, ongoing testing during the subscription period
A la carte Agent Ops can be purchased for additional capacity and used at any time
Your dashboard shows your total available Agent Ops and applies them automatically as tests run.

When both subscription and a la carte Agent Ops are available, the platform applies usage for subscription hours automatically so you don’t have to manage balances manually.
